Ray Grehan

Ray has been a prominent fixture in the Irish construction industry for over 30 years. In this time he has been involved in some of the most prestigious developments in the history of construction in Ireland. He has a proven track record of success, the foundation of which is his resourceful, organised approach to business and exceptional skills as a manager of large teams and major projects. His managerial career began when he set up Glenkerrin Homes in 1987 and quickly grew it into one of the largest property development companies in Ireland and the UK. He is currently the Chairman of Montane Developments which was set up in 2014 and since then the firm has been rapidly expanding, developing affordable homes and high-quality, luxury residential properties.

Vincent has over 28 years of experience in the construction sector and joined Montane Developments in 2014. He first teamed up with Ray Grehan in 1988 in Glenkerrin Homes in 1988 where he went on to project manage several award winning schemes namely Ballintyre Hall and The Grange, Stillorgan. His current role with the Group role sees him having overall responsibility for managing teams of contractors, suppliers and architects to deliver complex projects on time and on budget.

Bryan Grehan

Bryan has over 10 years experience in the Construction Industry both home and abroad. While abroad Bryan founded and ran several successful construction related companies before returning to Ireland in 2014 to co found Montane Developments. His current role with Montane sees him as a project manager and having an active hand in site acquisitions, projects assessments and appraisals.
